    社区支持农业

    刚看到的一个新概念,感觉很不错,呵呵!有兴趣的可以讨论讨论
    社区支持农业(Community Supported Agriculture, CSA)上个世纪六十年代最早出现在德国、瑞士和日本,八十年代出现在美国。最初的出现是因为对于食品安全和对于城市化过程中对土地的关注。生产者和消费者之间建立一种共担风险、共享收益的关系,消费者会预付生产费用与生产者共同承担在来年农业种植过程中可能会出现的风险并支持使用生态可持续的种植方式,与以往的收益方式不同,生产者在季节之初就获得了这一年种植的收益,并且这部分收益对生产者付出的劳动来说是公平的,而与此同时,消费者也获得了生态有机种植的健康农产品。
    您知道您吃的东西从何而来,支持了本地区的经济,还可以在蔬菜上看到农夫的脸。

    这个具体实施应该需要建立中间机构来运作,另外还要监控financing和produce safety 的compliance吧。

    而且吧,我觉得美国这里的社区农田和城镇分布均匀,比较适合在local出售农产品,芝加哥这里的农夫市场,当地农民开个小车就把菜拉过来摆摊。而国内的农田和城市相对独立,要把农产品运到城市去比较麻烦,所以选择把产品卖给上一级的供货商也是没办法的事。我很赞成保护农民的利益,中国的农民,起码我所亲眼见过的我的家乡那里的农民,日子过得太辛苦了。

    概念很不错,只是现在的社会就是一个大鱼吃小鱼的社会,只要有大公司垄断或者操纵市场,农民就很惨

    做好的做法其实就是“Buy Local”(支持本地或附近农民),类似于只买本地货的地方保护主义。但是一般大家都很关注价格,所以大公司总是能够胜出。
